How to Use Our EventBrite Registration System

With the pre-registration just hours away, we have created this walkthrough to show you exactly what to expect when pre-registration opens!



First, you will see the following screen! (This will appear on our registration page as well!). You will see various registration options available. Select the one that you would like using the dropdown under "Quantity" and change it to "1".

Important Note: Do not, we repeat, do NOT add more than one registration to your order - it WILL  be cancelled!



Once you've made your decision, hit the "Register" button at the bottom.


You will now see the registration screen. You will have ten minutes to complete your order, so don't walk away from your computer! After that, your ticket will be released for others to purchase. Being on this screen means you have successfully gotten hold of a ticket, so as long as you complete your registration within the allotted time, you will get your Pass!

Again, to reiterate:



If your screen looks like this on the registration screen, you better go back and remove a ticket! Even if you get through and process the order, we will be manually checking the orders as they are coming in. If we see an order like this, we will cancel it and refund you immediately. Problem is, the ticket you want may be sold out by that time - so to avoid missing out - only purchase a single ticket for yourself.

Don't say we didn't warn you! 😉



Here are the fields you will need to fill out once you get to the registration screen.

Important Note: Make sure this information matches what is on your legal government photo ID! When you check in, we will be making sure that it is indeed you picking up your ticket and we also need to verify your age.

See the last field? Did one of our staff members encourage you to register for RuffleCon? We have a rewards system in place (and the staff are pretty passionate about getting their rewards!) so put their name here and they will get credit for it!



The last thing to do is to agree to our waiver. Long story short, you are agreeing to our Rules and Regulations listed on our website. Be sure to take a look at them while you have some time before pre-registration starts; we have a couple of rules unique to RuffleCon because we are an alternative fashion conference.



We are using a PayPal gateway for payment. You do not need a PayPal account to buy a Pass. You can either login and pay through your PayPal account, or you can click the "Don't have a PayPal account?" tab underneath the login form to open up the following screen:



This will allow you to pay directly without needing a PayPal account with a debit, credit, or prepaid gift card. You can also use PayPal's credit service, Bill Me Later.

Once you have paid, you should get a confirmation e-mail with your registration ID number and receipt. Keep this information in a safe place, especially your registration ID number! If there are any problems, questions, or concerns with your registration, you will need this number to give to us to find your registration. This also is the way to prove you are registered to participate in pre-registered only applications such as our Model Applications that will be available in the next few months. So save it! 🙂

  • How do you order 2 passes? My boyfriend and I would both like to go and we have a shared paypal/bank account.

    • You need to order the tickets separately. You can pay with the same information once you get to the PayPal page - the registration part needs to be separate.
