We always love to hear about inspiration or collaborations our featured designers take away from their experiences at the event. We are so proud of the creativity and hard work we see year after year. It's always our goal to foster and share that with all our Members and the wider community of alternative fashion. However, this year we are positively gleeful to be the only place you can get the latest EXCLUSIVE TO RUFFLECON Mossbadger print release! If you want a shot at snagging one, you're going to have to register for a ticket and find Mossbadger's table in our Marketplace!

Behind Mossbadger's Inspiration
We were able to talk to Mossbadger's Owner and Designer Jordana and get the inside scoop on her inspiration.
RuffleCon: Did you take your idea for this print from anywhere specific?
Mossbadger: I was inspired by a series of books I've been reading called the All Souls trilogy by Deborah Harkness. It's a trilogy of novels about a witch who finds a mysterious magical book while researching the history of alchemy, then falls in love with a vampire who helps her solve the mystery. They also time travel back to Elizabethan England at one point. The print uses pages from an 18th century alchemical manuscript in the Yale library.
RuffleCon: What a cool idea! We will have to check that series out! Any other thoughts?
Mossbadger: I also added dragons because there aren't enough dragon prints in Lolita 🙂
RuffleCon: We couldn't agree more! Thanks for sharing this design with us and our Members! We can't wait to see it in person!
We hope all our Members will show your support for Mossbadger at RuffleCon 2017. You can see her designs on the runway during her Saturday Fashion Show, and shop for them in our Marketplace all weekend!
